WebCT: WebDav
In this tutorial you will learn how to use WebDav to create a remote location for your WebCT account.
1. Log in your WebCT and select course.
Note: If you are not sure on how to do this, look at our Log On tutorial.2. Click on WevDAV info.
3. File location.
This shows you where the files are stored. To access them, you will first have to highlight the course files location. Then Edit, Copy.
4.Create networked location.
Minimize all applications. Double click on My Network Places.
5. Click on Add a network place.
6 . Setting the location.
Type in the location, or just Edit, Paste. Click Next.
7. User name and password.
In the User name field, type in your user name. In the Password field, type in your password. Click OK.
8. Name the location
Enter a name for the location.
Click Next. Click Finish.
9. Now you can view your files.
10. Accessing these files again.
Click on the icon with the appropriate name in My Network Places.
