WebCT: Uploading Word Document - Syllabus
Part I: Uploading the file to WebCT
Part II: Creating the syllabus tool and adding the document.
Part I: Uploading the file to WebCT
1. Log in your WebCT and select course.
Note: If you are not sure on how to do this, look at our Log On tutorial.
2. Click on Control Panel.
3. Click on Manage Files.
4.Upload the file.
- Under the options, click on Upload.
5. Click on Browse
6. Picking the file that you want to upload.
- Browse to the file that you are wanting to upload.
- Click on the file.
- Click on Open.
7. Click on Upload.
8. The file is now available for use from WebCT.
Part II: Creating the syllabus tool and adding the document.
1. Click on Add page or tool.
2. Click on Syllabus.
3. Configuring the Syllabus tool.

- Enter a title.
- Decide where you want the Syllabus to show, either on the Course Menu or on the Organizer Page.
- Click on Add.
4.Click on Syllabus.
5. Choose Syllabus file.
6. Choosing the file.
- Click on the file that you uploaded.
- Click on Add selected.
7. Click on Update.
