WebCT: Modifying a link

In this instruction you will learn how to modify a link on the homepage.

1. Log in your WebCT and select course.
Note: If you are not sure on how to do this, look at our Log On tutorial.

2. Choose the tool that you want to modify.

Click on the bullet next to the tool that you want to modify.
Click on edit.

3. Basic settings. In this example we will use document at this example.

To change the title, enter something new into the Title field.

4. Appearance.

If you choose to change the icon for the current tool, click on browse and select the new icon.

5. The new icon and new title, Document is shown at the homepage.
