WebCT 4.0: Adding an URL Link

In this tutorial we will explain how to add an URL link to your WebCT homepage.


1. Log in your WebCT and select course.
Note: If you are not sure on how to do this, look at our Log On tutorial.

2. Click Add page or tool.


3. Click on URL.

 

4. Adding the URL.

  • Enter a title for the link.
  • Enter the address of the link.
  • Choose whether to have the link open in a new window or the same window.
  • Decide where to have the link shown, either in the Course Menu or the Organizer Page.
  • Click Add.

 

5. The Quad C Homepage link icon is shown on the homepage.
