Sensation Seeking Scale and Reaction

After scoring your responses continue your writing with a reflection on your score. Perhaps give some examples of sensation seeking from your own life that supports or does not support your score. How do you think your sensation seeking tendencies compare to your close friends and family?  How do these similarities or differences influence your relationships with others? How might your tendency for sensation seeking affect your choice of a career?

 

Participate in CCCCD Counseling Services or Career Services assessments or workshops. If you choose this option, you must 1) provide proof of your attendance at the workshop; and 2) turn in to me a one to two page summary of what you did in the workshop, what you learned, and how it relates to class material.

After interpreting your total score, write a reflection paper on how you handle stress, the possible consequences or problems of your current stress level and how you can manage your stress differently. Connect to information in the Stress chapter of your text book.
