All full-time employees begin work under a 90 calendar day probationary period. During this time performance will be evaluated to determine continued employment. While in the probationary status, the employment relationship is not subject to the requirements of due process and progressive discipline, and may be terminated without advance notice, for any reason not prohibited by law.
