| Premiums increase 8.9% for health insurance. Other than that, the only changes are good ones. You have new services available from HealthSelect: See http://www.bcbstx.com/hs. | Collin College employees now have an additional option for saving money for
retirement on a tax-deferred basis: a 457 Deferred Compensation Plan.
All full-time employees are eligible and the minimum monthly
contribution is $20. See a comparison of the 457 plan with your other
voluntary savings plan option, 403(b) plan, for tax year 2006 at:
