• Part-time employees choose one of two options to save for retirement during their employment with Collin College:

  • Program for Extra Retirement Compensation (PERC) through a 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity account with MetLife 

    • Employee contributes 7.5% of salary pre-tax

  • Social Security participation

    • Employee contributes 6.2% of salary after-tax
