NOTICE:  The final 403(b) regulations, the ORP is a 403(b) plan, released by the IRS on July 26, 2007 requires that effective September 25, 2007 that transfers of investments for active participants be limited to authorized companies with which the college holds an Information Sharing Agreement (ISA).  These companies meet those requirements and are the only companies between which active participants can transfer money without suffering severe tax consequences.
