Exit Interview (Benefits-Eligible Employees)

Submit letter of resignation noting your last day
actively at work (not a day of paid leave) to your supervisor and copy Human Resources at CYC.

will schedule your exit interview on your last day of work.

For help determining when you can retire with retirement
annuity benefits and/or retiree insurance, contact Human Resources,
Benefits.

TRS members should notify TRS via a
TRS-18
form at least three months in advance of retirement.

ORP and TRS members should
submit a letter of resignation noting their last active day at work
(not a day of paid leave) to your supervisor and copy Human Resources
at CYC.

Retiring
employees should contact Larry Merrill, Manager of Benefits before
their last day of work to schedule a meeting to discuss their
retirement benefits.
