Subpoenaed Court Appearance Leave Benefits

Procedure

  

Employees who are subpoenaed by either side/party in a civil, criminal, legislative or administrative proceeding will be eligible for paid leave. An Application for Leave form must be submitted with a copy of the subpoena attached and the employee must return to work upon release from compliance with the subpoena.
