ORIENTATIONS

All Employees:

  • New Employee Orientation 

    • Required for all new benefits-eligible employees  

    • FIRST DAY for staff; PRIOR TO FIRST DAY for faculty 

    • Staff: Courtyard Center, Plano

    • Faculty: Central Park Campus, McKinney

     

  • Preventing Discrimination & Sexual Harassment 

    • Required within first 30 calendar days

    • Employee completes training and quiz on work computer

  • College Orientation 

  • Presented quarterly

  • Meet with the Collin College leadership team and learn more about Collin College

    • Courtyard Center

  • All College Day

    • Required of ALL full-time Collin College employees

    • Start of both long semesters

    • Held at SCC Conference Center

 

Faculty Only (in addition to above):

  • Academic Affairs' New Faculty Orientation

    • Held the first contract work day of the fall semester for new faculty
