Welcome to my web page. I have taught full time for Collin since 1989 acting as coordinator for the Marketing Program from 1989 through 2000 and as Chair for the Business Management and Marketing Program 2006 -2008. Having begun my own higher education at a two-year college, I have great respect for what they can offer students and for the degree of passion for teaching and involvement with students that instructors at two-year institutions demonstrate.

I have owned and operated my own business and understand the importance of offering courses in which students can learn information which they can apply immediately to their work experience as well as being able to use that information to understand how to work and live alongside people much like themselves and people very different from themselves. I therefore construct and teach classes which allow students to practice as closely as possible what they will experience in their work careers and in their dealings with persons within the communities in which they work and live.
